Referrals are live: invite a friend and you both earn USDC

You have probably already told someone how you buy crypto. Maybe you sent a screenshot, maybe you walked a friend through their first purchase over coffee and answered the follow-up questions for a week afterwards. Until now, that was free labor.

From today it pays. Referrals are live in every country where Ramp Network operates, with one exception: the UK.

How it works

1. Find your code. Open the app, tap your avatar, then My profile, then Refer friends. Your code is on that screen.
2. Send it to someone new. They need to be new to Ramp Network, and they enter your code when they sign up.
3. They get started. Identity verification, then $50 in qualifying transactions. One purchase covers it, or several smaller ones added together.
4. You both get paid. USDC lands in both Everyday Account balances shortly after.

That is the whole thing. No dashboard to check, no tier to climb, no points that convert into a discount on something you did not want.

What it pays

• Up to 8 USDC for you. The exact figure depends on your region, and the app shows yours on the Refer friends screen before you share anything.
• The same for your friend. Whatever you get, they get.
• No cap. Refer one friend or twenty.

Plenty of referral programs pay the person doing the inviting and hand the newcomer a coupon, which tells you exactly how each side is valued. We would rather the person receiving the code get the same deal as the person sending it.

It only works in the app

Referral codes are generated in the Ramp Network app. The web widget does not have one. If you have been using Ramp Network through a partner site or the widget, download the app and sign in with the account you already have. Your code will be waiting.

Earning does not stop at referrals

The referral reward is one of several ways your balance grows while you are not doing much.

• Earn pays up to 7% APY on idle USDC. No fees, no lock-ups, and you can withdraw whenever you want. Stablecoins that would otherwise sit still work for you instead.
• Rewards pays you for using the app. Real USDC, credited to your balance. Not points, not vouchers, not a loyalty currency that only spends inside our four walls.

That is the honest reason to send your code to someone. You are not doing us a favor and collecting a finder's fee. You are pointing a friend at an account that pays them to hold a stablecoin, pays them for using it, and hands you both USDC for the introduction.

Why we built it this way

Most of the people who join Ramp Network arrive because someone they trust told them to. That has been true since the beginning, and for years the only thing those people got out of it was the satisfaction of being right.

Paying both sides is the version that makes sense to us. A recommendation is only as good as the trust behind it, and that trust runs in both directions. Rewarding one end and leaving the other empty-handed would misread how any of this works.

It is already in the app, under My profile, then Refer friends. Takes about ten seconds to get to, and rather less than that to send.

Referral rewards are paid after your friend signs up with your code, completes identity verification and reaches $50 in qualifying transactions. Your friend must be new to Ramp Network. Reward amounts vary by region. Not available in the UK. Terms and conditions apply.
