Ramp Network started with a simple idea: buying and selling crypto should not be complicated. Over time that grew into a wallet, a genuine self-custodial everyday account for holding USDC, earning yield, sending to contacts, and paying via payment links. Today, it grows into something we think the space has been missing.
Ramp Network Wallet now supports Bitcoin, Ethereum across multiple networks, Solana, and more. Which means for the first time, the app where you buy crypto is also the app where you keep it, manage it, and swap between it. No exits. No third-party handoffs. No bridges. One account that is, finally, a complete everyday crypto account.
What this actually means
From today, you can use your Ramp Network wallet to:
- Buy Bitcoin, Ethereum, Solana, and other supported assets directly in the app, using your card, bank transfer, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and local payment options
- Swap between any supported assets, including crosschain pairs like BTC to SOL or ETH to USDC
- Hold a unified portfolio across multiple chains, all in one view
- Sell any supported asset and withdraw to your bank or card
- Swap back to USDC at any time and immediately put it to work with Earn (only available in the US), send it to contacts, or share via a payment link
One identity verification, completed once, covers everything. No re-verification per asset. No third-party providers stepping in mid-flow. No bridges.
The crosschain swap story
This is the part worth understanding properly, because it is genuinely rare.
Most self-custodial wallets that let you swap are doing one of two things: routing you to a centralized exchange, which means giving up custody, or sending you across a blockchain bridge, which introduces real security risk. Neither is a great answer.
Ramp Network built its own on-ramp, off-ramp, and swap infrastructure. That means native crosschain swaps, Bitcoin to Ethereum, Ethereum to Solana, Solana to USDC, are handled inside the app, under self-custody, without bridges, in minutes. It is the breadth you would expect from a centralised exchange, without giving up control of your assets.
Your USDC balance is still the core
Nothing about the existing wallet has gone away. Your USDC on Base is still your everyday balance, connected to Earn (only available in the US), payment links, and contacts. The multichain wallet is built around it, not instead of it. USDC remains the natural resting point: earn yield on it, spend it, send it, or use it as the starting point for any swap.
Self-custodial throughout
Your private keys are yours. The wallet is secured by passkeys, with optional key export if you ever want to move to a different setup. This is not a custodial account with a wallet interface on top. You hold your assets. We just make it easy to do things with them.
What is coming next
This is just the beginning. More chains and assets are already in development. The goal is simple: if you can buy it through Ramp Network, you should be able to hold and manage it in the Ramp Network Wallet. We will keep building until that is true.
Multichain wallet and swaps aren't available in the EU.
